Where the idea for Sirin Capital began
Sirin Capital came together in Phuket in 2019, after our founder, a long-time resident of southern Thailand with a background in adult learning, noticed that most financial education was aimed at younger people building careers — not at the many adults in their forties and fifties who were suddenly asking quite different questions.
Questions like: How do Thai savings funds actually work? What should I be setting aside now, with retirement still a decade away? How do I plan for healthcare costs without guessing? Those questions felt underserved.
We built our courses around them. Each programme is written to be understood without a financial background, taught in calm small groups, and supported by printed materials you can take home and return to. Our role is to inform, not to sell.

The Team
The people behind the courses
Our team is small by design. We think that matters in financial education — you should know who is in the room with you.
Nathaporn Wiset
Course Director & Lead Educator
Nathaporn brings twelve years of adult learning experience and a deep familiarity with Thai financial structures. She designed all three course programmes and leads the majority of group sessions.
Prakarn Kruatong
Materials & Research Coordinator
Prakarn reviews all course content for accuracy and writes our printed guides. He keeps a close eye on Thai banking and fund regulation changes so that our materials stay current and dependable.
Suchada Rattanaphon
Participant Support & Enrolment
Suchada is usually the first voice you hear when you reach out. She handles enquiries with patience, helps new participants find the right course, and manages scheduling across all our programmes.
Our Standards
How we keep our courses dependable
Reviewed Content
All course materials are reviewed before each new intake to reflect any changes in Thai banking regulation, fund structures, or relevant tax information.
Balanced & Impartial
We are not affiliated with any financial institution or product provider. Our courses present information without promoting any particular bank, fund, or investment service.
Privacy by Default
Any personal information you share with us is handled carefully and never passed to third parties. Our data practices follow Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act.
Small Group Sessions
We cap group sizes so that every participant can ask questions and feel heard. Learning about money works best when it does not feel like sitting in a lecture hall.
Printed Materials Included
Every course includes a printed guide prepared specifically for that programme. We find that having something to hold and mark makes a genuine difference to how people absorb and apply what they learn.
Feedback After Every Intake
We gather written feedback from participants after each course and use it to refine our content and approach. Continuous improvement is part of how we work.
Our Values
What we believe about financial education
Financial understanding does not arrive all at once. It builds slowly, through repeated exposure, through asking questions without embarrassment, and through connecting abstract concepts to the actual texture of daily life. That process takes time, and it works differently at forty-five than it does at twenty-five.
At Sirin Capital, we work with adults who are often returning to financial thinking after years of focusing on careers, families, or simply getting through the months. Some come with a clear set of questions. Others come because they feel uneasy about something they cannot quite name. Both groups are welcome.
We work in English because many of our participants are long-term residents of Thailand who are comfortable in English but find Thai banking and financial terminology confusing in either language. We translate and explain the Thai context throughout every session, always with patience and without condescension.
Our three courses — Finding Your Bearings, A Steady Light, and The Far Beacon Programme — are arranged in a loose progression from introduction to depth. Participants are free to join at whatever point suits them and to take their time between courses. There is no timetable we are trying to push anyone through.
Based on Thawewong Road in Patong, we are easy to reach and genuinely glad when someone walks through the door or picks up the phone. Every enquiry is met with care, not with a sales process.
