Last Updated: 12 May 2025 · This policy applies to Sirin Capital and all services we provide.

1. Introduction

Sirin Capital ("we", "us", "our") is committed to handling any personal information you share with us carefully and with respect. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have in relation to it.

We are based at 48/6 Thawewong Road, Patong, Kathu, Phuket 83150, Thailand. Our services consist of in-person and recorded financial education courses for adults. We do not sell financial products or manage personal funds.

If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us at [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information only when you provide it to us directly, typically by completing the contact form on our website, emailing us, or telephoning. The information we may collect includes your name, email address, and telephone number.

We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit our website — such as browser type and approximate geographic location — through standard web analytics tools. This data is not linked to your identity.

Legal basis for processing: We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (when you submit a form or make contact), and in some cases on the basis of legitimate interest (for example, to respond to an enquiry you have made). Where we process data based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Retention: Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact. Course participant records are retained for up to five years for administrative purposes, after which they are securely deleted.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to discuss course options with you, and to administer your enrolment if you join a course. We do not use your contact details for promotional communications unless you have specifically asked to receive them.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except where required to do so by Thai law, or where we use a third-party service processor (such as a payment processor) to whom we pass only the minimum information necessary.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We are not affiliated with any financial institution and have no commercial incentive to pass your details to anyone.

4. How We Protect Your Information

Access to personal information within our team is limited to those who need it to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. We review our data security practices regularly.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information and poses a meaningful risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant Thai regulatory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to support basic functionality and to understand how visitors use the site. Essential cookies are necessary for the site to work and cannot be declined. Analytics and preference cookies are optional and only used with your consent.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through our Cookie Policy page, which also contains full details of the cookies we use.

6. Your Rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification: You may ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Right to erasure: You may ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to restrict processing: You may ask us to pause processing your data.
  • Right to data portability: You may request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand if you believe your rights have been infringed.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies before sharing personal information with them.

8. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to inform participants directly.
